Cotton Seed Cleaning Machine refers to the use of seed cotton cleaning equipment to remove impurities in seed cotton (including primary impurities and external impurities) process.

Inclined seed cotton cleaning machine is a kind of equipment used for cotton processing, its role is to achieve the separation of impurities and seed cotton, remove various impurities in seed cotton, such as sand, leaf debris, sterile seeds, cotton stick, dead cotton, etc., but also suitable for loosing seed cotton.

It can effectively remove seed cotton and impurities in cotton, improve the quality and purity of cotton. 1. Specially used to clean machine-picked cotton and manual fast-picked cotton, general trash discharge rate is not less than 50%.

4. Barbed nail cylinder is mechanically riveted with14-edged,stable running , little damage to cotton fiber and seed cotton.

5. Barbed nail is processed by CNC machining center , taper ball head design, little damage to fiber, uneasy to jam.

6. Visible protection cover adopts uses advanced phosphating process and plastic powder coating technology, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance ,oxidation resistance and elegant appearance.
