Swan Stock won the first prize of the 2024 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award

On December 3, 2024, the 2024 Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Conference and the Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award Ceremony hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation was grandly held in Chongqing. The project "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Cotton Processing Based on Process Digitalization and Fully Automatic Control of Processes" led by Swan Stock. won the first prize of the Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award for Science and Technology Progress. This is also the only agricultural machinery equipment project in this first prize.

Relying on the national "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" key R&D plan projects and a number of provincial and ministerial projects, after more than ten years of scientific and technological research and practice in industry, academia and research, this project has overcome the key processing mechanisms and process technology problems such as machine-picked cotton impurity classification, cleaning, drying, humidification, ginning, and baling. It has made breakthroughs in online real-time detection of multiple physical properties of machine-picked cotton such as foreign fibers, impurities, and moisture. It has successfully created a complete set of technologies and process systems for full-process intelligent processing that adapts to the characteristics of my country's machine-picked cotton, developed a complete set of intelligent processing equipment for machine-picked cotton with my country's independent intellectual property rights, and created a new model of intelligent processing that adapts to the characteristics of China's machine-picked cotton.

In the next step, Swan Stock will actively play the leading role in the industry, focus on developing new quality productivity, strengthen the drive of scientific and technological innovation, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of development, promote the intelligent and digital upgrading of the cotton processing industry, and make new contributions to enhancing my country's cotton international market competitiveness and ensuring the national strategy of safety and high-quality development of the cotton industry.
